The art of storytelling is marrying an individual voice with the rhythms of a story. This workshop is a highly experiential, hands-on introduction to the core elements of storytelling and how to apply them to improve your work, communications, and life.
SOCIAL MEDIA (the basics – how your business can use social media)
An applied introduction to social media, its myths, uses and in particular, its pitfalls. For organizations looking to develop or unsatisfied with a current social media strategy, this half-day will help pull the curtain back on what so often seems like alchemy when it works.
MEDIA 101
Understanding what is really happening out there and how it relates to you. An introduction to the seismic changes affecting the media from the perspective of media engagement. The covers the gamut from traditional broadcast and print to new incarnations such as cheddar.com and buzzfeed, with a focused look on how the constantly evolving media changes both the opportunities and pitfalls for organizations.

MEDIA APPLICATION – UNDERSTANDING THE MEDIA AND GETTING YOUR MESSAGE OUT
A fuller version of Media 101 with a focus on organization specific needs and strategy, that moves beyond understanding how you might better use the media to devising a strategic media strategy for your organization.
